I recently had a leak in my roof & called Robinson's to come out & have a look and give me a quote as I had been recommended by a couple of friends who had used them in the past. I arranged a time and came out had a look at the problem and took the time to explain everything to me and the different options I had. Not knowing much about roof's I was worried that it was going to cost a lot but I was very happy when I got the written estimate as not only was the price was reasonable but the quote was also detailed, rather than a brief description like other quotes I had had from other workman for other works in the past. They arranged the scaffolding undertook the works & made a nice job, they invited me up on the scaffolding to have a look at what they had done. I bet a lot of roofers don't do that based on my friend’s horror stories of people they have used in the past! I would really recommend them as not only were they were polite & well-mannered as well as thorough in their approach.

Robinson's undertook a complete renovation of a rental property that I owned and we’re brilliant. They carried out a full survey and provided me with a detailed estimate and came in on budget and on time. The renovations included structural alterations to open up the kitchen dining room, new kitchen two new bathrooms, carpentry, full re-decorations and some roofing work. If you want a company to cover everything then in my experience you can’t get much better than them.
Great work from Adrian - the flaunching on our two chimney stacks had crumbled badly to the point that pedestrians below could be at risk of falling debris. Adrian spotted this when doing roof work for our neighbour. Useful before and after pictures showed a very professional job. Thanks!
Adrian was a pleasure to have about and got on with our roof problem very promptly, as the damage was quite serious due to how much disruption the storm and wind damage had donei. He was able to suggest ways to keep the cost down without cutting corners which was very much appreciated; Plus we wanted the guttering cleaned out and a good job done thank you. We couldn't believe how much debris came down from there! Plus you swept it all up and left the job clean and tidy. We would not hesitate in the future to use him again, as we will be needing part of the roof replacing in the not too distant future. I had a leak in my roof and contacted Robinson’s who came out and inspected and covered it making it watertight. They provided a quote and took substantial photos which they then went through comprehensively with me, explaining what had happened and what needed to be done. Their written quote was also very comprehensive, breaking down the relevant pieces of work, and pricing as they went. It was very transparent. Adrian supported me through the process of making an insurance claim as well. Following the completion of the work, Adrian took more photos and went through the before and after pictures showing me exactly the work that they had done. I would recommend Robinson’s completely, they were trustworthy, friendly and hard workers.
When I brought my house in Bath, I needed it repointing and the guttering repaired. Unfortunately being new to the area, I didn’t know of any reliable builders through recommendations - so I had to take a bit of a gamble. Robinson’s quote was competitive and I liked the fact it was a family run business. They also promised to do the work themselves rather than sub-contract other tradesmen. In my experience, Robinson’s ticked all the boxes: they were hardworking, polite and friendly. All the work was completed quickly and efficient to a high standard all with a minimum of disturbance and mess! Robinson’s will be my first point of call next time I need any work doing…thanks guys!!
Robinsons were reliable and efficient including working, when possible in inclement weather. They kept the general work area as neat and tidy as building works allow and cleaned up well afterwards. The overall attitude and approach was excellent and they kept overall disturbance to a minimum. They undertook decorating of all the external wooden windows with repairs and also carried out repair works on my roof including the ridge tiles.

During recent storms i noticed staining coming into my bedroom ceiling. I used Buy With Confidence to find a good roofer and selected Robinson's to come out and inspect the problem. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate for the works needed and organised everything when i accepted the estimate. Their work was excellent and they sent me a selection of photos from start to finish showing the problem and their work. Contacted Robinson's when my mother’s roof started leaking into her bathroom. I live 100 miles away and had journeyed down to try to resolve the issue 3 or 4 times. Once we realised the roof needed repair I needed a reliable company that I could trust to complete the work quickly, to a high standard and that would work at my mother’s house without me being present. We called Robinson's who visited to diagnose the problem and came to complete the work a few days later once we had given them the go ahead. The work was completed to a high standard and my mother was very pleased with the people that visited her and completed the work.

The quote was handled quickly. The guys that came to do the job arrived early in the morning were very nice and approachable and worked very hard. They cleaned up after themselves each night and at the end of the job. The quality of the work was very good. I would recommend this company based on my experience.
Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roofing inspection, Roof installation I had a problem with my roof and called a couple of other roofing "experts" to resolve but all they seemed to do was to make it worse. We called Adrian and he came round to inspected and identified the problem within 10 minutes. He sent a written quote along with a fair price, which I accepted and they came and did the work. That was 10 years ago and all has been dry since and I know its been fixed especially with all the heavy rains we had at the start of the year. He also took photos and let us have them to show the quality of his work. Great service and friendly team, would recommend.
I recently had my roof re-felted by Robinson's Roofing and I have to say that right from the first visit to the end of the job I can't praise Adrian and his team highly enough. I received my estimate and the price was competitive and we booked with them. The work was carried out to a very high standard even though they found a couple of unforeseen problems they quickly sorted it and finished the job on time. I can't recommend them high enough and my neighbour is also asking them to do her roof as well.
